Terms & Conditions

I pride myself on clarity and transparency within my business. Following the correct professional guidelines and practices within my work. If you have any questions in relation to any treatments, services, or payments please do not hesitate to contact me. 



  • I am a hard working motivational business woman who will more often than not be flexible around appointment dates and time for my clients.

  • Requests can be made for bookings from Monday through until Sunday, including evenings and will be accommodated subject to diary availability.

Travel Expenses

Travel costs do apply and are calculated through the RAC travel calculator on the cost per mile. Averaging around 40p per mile. This is an additional cost to any Beauty or Makeup booking. This is also dependent on the size of bridal party & the location. Please ask for further details.

Booking Deposit

  • For weddings, a non-refundable/ non-transferable deposit of £50 is required to secure your date and time regardless of the size of your wedding party. 

  • Occasional Makeup bookings require a non-refundable/ non-transferable deposit of £10 this is to secure both the date and time of your booking.

  • No bookings are secured until a deposit is paid. If you have enquired about a date & time please ensure that this booking is still available before sending a deposit as these appointments cannot be put on hold and remain open until the deposit has been received. 

  • All deposits must be sent via BACS payment or PAYPAL. 

  • All Booking Deposits paid to secure dates for Weddings, Special Occasions & Makeup Lessons will be deducted from the final payment that is due, but will be non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation. The Booking Deposit is our commitment that the date has been reserved for you and that any subsequent requests for an appointment at the same time will be declined. It is also your confirmation to us that you are committed to the booking.

  • Booking Deposits are not deductible from trial payments that are due, if this is applicable.


Timings on the day of your Booking

  • It is respectfully requested that clients are on time or ready for their appointment, whether this be at the Salon, on location or at your venue. Timings for every booking are clearly scheduled and advised in your Booking Confirmation prior to the event.

  • Lateness can result in your appointment time being either cut short or terminated completely. This is to avoid further disruption to other clients booked in on this day.

  • At weddings & special events it is imperative that schedules run according to time. I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by clients or by other suppliers present on the day.​

  • A specified time will be required to complete each makeup to a high standard, and this cannot be rushed. This time will be advised when booking. For Larger parties assistance may be required which will be included in the price usually a trainee to assist with makeup application, set up/pack up.

  • Please ensure that everyone in your party is aware of the length of time required, their allocated time slot and is makeup free ready to start promptly.

  • If time runs out as a result of a client not being available at their specified time, then there is a possibility that there will be insufficient time to complete all makeups in the booking. Under these circumstances, no refunds can be given.

  • Whilst we will wait for the full duration of the agreed booking, time will not be extended to compensate for a late start, or it will impact later bookings.

Additional clients on the day

  • We are happy to add additional clients on the day if time permits, but this cannot be guaranteed. Additional clients will be charged the full fee for the service requested and payment must be made at the time by BACS, PayPal or cash.

  • Complimentary makeup touch ups are not available free of charge for people not included in the Booking Confirmation but can be added if time permits for the appropriate fee.

Strip Lashes

  • Strip Lashes are included in the price of all makeup applications. I offer a huge Varity of different shapes, sizes & textures however these are subject to availability. 

  • If a client wishes to provide their own lashes these can be applied by myself but must be brand new in the packaging to avoid cross contamination. 

  • During a bridal trial a bride will be able to select which lashes they would like prior to the day and these can be reserved for their on the day appointment. 

  • A compulsory sensitivity patch test is required at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment, to minimize the risk of sensitivity or allergic reaction. If you are unable to attend in advance for a patch test, for instance you are travelling to the area for a special occasion, please let us know and we will advise accordingly.

  • Vegan lashes are available - please ask for more details. 

If you change or cancel your Booking

  • For Wedding Bookings, changes to your original booking require a minimum of 2 calendar months’ notice.

  • Additions to the original numbers can be requested at any time and will be accommodated where possible but can only be guaranteed if time and resources allow.

  • Reductions to numbers require 2 calendar months’ notice or the full amount will still be due. At the time of booking, I will allocate adequate diary time to ensure that each person in your party has the individual time and attention that they deserve. Cancellations that close to the booking will result in wasted appointment time so therefore will be charged. 

  • In the event that there is a request made to cancel a booking completely, then 3 calendar months’ notice is required.

  • Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable under all circumstances.

  • If you wish to make any amendments to your booking please contact me ASAP.


Special Conditions for Weddings 

Should your booking need to be rescheduled due to any circumstances which are not within your reasonable control including, without limitation:

(a) Acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster;

(b) Epidemic or pandemic;

(c) Any law or any action taken by a government or public authority;

(d) Terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations;

(e) Nuclear, chemical, or biological contamination or sonic boom.

  • I will do my best to ensure that I can be available for your new date however availability can be tight so I ask for your flexibility to allow me to accommodate your request.

  • Deposits for occasional makeup applications can be transferred to another date with 6 months of the original booking. 

  • If we are not available on your new date, unfortunately, the Booking Deposit will be non-refundable. We strongly recommend that wedding insurance is taken out with a reputable insurance provider and will provide you with documentation to confirm any non-recoverable costs.


  • Trials are not compulsory but are recommended to ensure that a style or look meets with expectations on the day. Clients frequently book their trials to coincide with another special occasion or a night out to take full advantage of the makeup. Trials for Brides are recommended 3 months prior to the date. This enables us to get a clear understanding of your skin tine and to see if you require a skincare plan prior to the date.

  • Trials will take place usually Monday - Friday due to high demand of weddings on Saturdays. 

  • Trials are available from salon or at home subject to demand. Travel may be additional for mobile services. 



  • It is extremely important that any known allergies or intolerances are mentioned during your booking info for both you and any other third parties you may be booking.


Cancellation by us

Fortunately, it has never happened, but in the unlikely event of unforeseen or unfortunate circumstances which are beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel your Booking.

Examples of this could be:

  • If extreme weather conditions dictate it is unsafe to travel, as indicated by a Meteorological Office “Red Warning – Do Not Travel” (particularly relevant for National or International Bookings).

  • Accident or serious illness which make it impossible to attend.

Under these circumstances the deposit payment will be refunded in full. This will be the limit of any liability to the Appointment Booker or any other persons affected in the booking.

Day Rate

A day rate is available and prices are subject to quotation. 


Photographic/video images of clients and members of the booking or taken at trials and events may be published on our website and on our Social Media & Networking Accounts for marketing purposes, unless  consent is expressly withdrawn. Please let us know in advance if you would prefer not to be photographed.
